Key Details
Build-to-Rent (BTR) Scheme: GRAHAM Construction developed the £81.5 million BTR project, which includes 346 residential units and a small car park. The building features a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, including six duplex penthouses.
Amenities: The development includes communal dining spaces, a gym, a business lounge, and a games room.
