At Meldrum Grange in Oldmeldrum, Claymore Homes appointed DFS to deliver the fire protection infrastructure for a new BS9251:2021 Category 1 residential development. The site comprises 12 single dwellings, each connected to a central 4000-litre GRP combi pump and tank enclosure. The project included the full underground infrastructure system to each plot, providing a compliant and robust solution tailored to the needs of this smaller-scale development.
