Key Details
The Cloverhill development in Aberdeen is a significant project designed to provide high-quality, affordable housing in the Bridge of Don area. This development includes a variety of housing options, from flats and cottage flats to two, three, and four-bedroom houses, all built to the Gold Standard. These homes incorporate energy-efficient technologies, making them environmentally friendly and cost-effective, while also featuring enhanced space standards and increased natural light. With a total of 534 homes planned, Cloverhill addresses Aberdeen’s long-term shortage of affordable social housing. The first 280 homes have already been delivered to Aberdeen City Council, with more to follow, supporting the city’s broader housing program and its goal of creating sustainable, integrated communities on the path to net zero.
