Discovery Fire Sprinklers is celebrating two significant milestones following the successful completion of its annual ISO 9001 audit.
The two-day assessment not only confirmed the company’s continued commitment to quality management and continual improvement, but also marked 20 years of working alongside quality assurance specialist Len Wilson of Global QA.
Over the past two decades, Len has supported the business through every stage of its development, from its early days as J Bryceland Fire Sprinklers to the growth and evolution of Discovery Fire Sprinklers as it stands today.
Throughout that time, ISO 9001 has remained an important part of the company’s operations, helping to ensure consistent standards, robust processes, and a culture of continuous improvement across every aspect of the business.
This year’s audit also marked the end of an era, as Len officially retired following its successful completion.
For Managing Director James Bryceland, the relationship extended well beyond audits and compliance saying; “Len has been a huge part of our journey, from J Bryceland Fire Sprinklers through to Discovery Fire Sprinklers. I can honestly say he has been far more than a business colleague; he has become a true friend.”
While the completion of another successful audit reinforces Discovery Fire Sprinklers’ commitment to maintaining the highest standards, it also provided an opportunity to reflect on the people who have helped shape the business along the way.
