Discovery Fire Sprinklers has further strengthened its growing maintenance portfolio after securing the fire sprinkler servicing and maintenance contract at James Thomson House in Dundee, formerly known as Plot 6.
Working alongside trusted client JGM, our maintenance team will carry out a comprehensive programme of testing and inspection to ensure the building’s fire sprinkler systems remain fully compliant with BS EN 12845.
This includes weekly, monthly, quarterly, six-monthly and annual testing, carried out in accordance with Technical Bulletin TB203 and the relevant requirements for ongoing sprinkler system maintenance.
The new contract adds another significant Dundee development to Discovery Fire Sprinklers’ growing maintenance portfolio, following the recent addition of two of Scotland’s best-known five-star resorts, Fairmont St Andrews and Gleneagles.
With planned testing and maintenance carried out throughout the year, our team will help ensure the systems at James Thomson House remain compliant, operational and ready to perform when required.
