Key Details
A new student accommodation complex ‘iQ Cullen House’ at 225 Bath Street Glasgow city centre is being developed by contractor GRAHAM and designed by architects Cooper Cromar, replacing a demolished 1970s office block. The 12-storey building will feature 551 bedrooms and is set to be completed by 2025. The PBSA will include luxury communal amenities such as a gym, gaming arcade, dining spaces, and social areas. Located next to Elgin Place, another GRAHAM-built student accommodation with 323 beds, the new development will feature a glazed frontage and offer a range of living options for students.
