The Derby Street project in Dundee has been completed, fully complying with the BS9251:2014 standards for fire protection. This comprehensive endeavour encompassed a Category 2 fire sprinkler system installation, catering to a combination of single dwellings and blocks of flats. The fire protection system featured two internal storage tanks along with corresponding fire pump sets, and it included an infrastructure upgrade with two underground storage tanks and associated fire pump sets. To enhance the system’s functionality, pump monitoring was also implemented, with plans for a future upgrade to meet industry standards. The project’s commitment to safety and compliance was evident, ensuring the utmost protection for the residents and buildings.
