The partnership was formalised during a recent visit to EFAFLU’s headquarters in Porto, Portugal, where the Discovery team were given an in-depth tour of the company’s facilities and product range.
With a heritage spanning over 70 years, EFAFLU is recognised as one of Europe’s leading producers of pumps, pumping systems, and HVAC equipment. Their fire pumps are manufactured to exacting standards and are UL-listed and FM-approved, making them ideally suited for high-specification sprinkler and fire protection systems. EFAFLU’s reach extends across Europe, Africa, and Latin America, where their solutions are trusted in critical infrastructure and demanding industrial applications.
During the visit, Discovery Fire Sprinklers engaged with EFAFLU’s technical and engineering teams, reviewed current production capabilities, and explored opportunities to integrate EFAFLU’s high-performance pump systems into a wide range of future installations. The collaboration gives DFS access to a broader portfolio of internationally certified equipment, enabling them to offer clients even greater reliability, efficiency, and design flexibility in fire suppression systems.
This strategic move strengthens Discovery’s supply chain and technical capabilities at a time when demand for compliant, sustainable fire safety solutions continues to grow.
